Experience & Qualifications:
Information Technology Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience.
5+ years minimum experience in an enterprise IT environment.
5+ years minimum experience knowledge management experience.
ITIL certification is preferred.
Well versed in supporting Mac/Windows/Linux heterogeneous & no standard environments.
Previous staff management and ITIL certification and/or experience are required.
Technical Skills Experience in the delivery and management of the Knowledge Centred Support (KCS) methodology).
ITIL certification is an advantage.
Extensive experience developing and managing knowledge management systems, guidelines and procedures.
Proven experience in business analysis demonstrating the ability to collect, interpret and document user requirements.
Experience managing a user-facing portal with relevant knowledge articles.
Personal Skills Exceptional communication skills written and verbal.
Must be fluent in the English language.
Must have the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
Must be able to work well in a team environment.
Can work with minimal supervision.
Individual needs to be well organized and a self-starter.
Attention to detail.
Strong time management skills.
