To work as part of the Senior Management Team in this role as Global Head Sales with this leading player in IT ( SAS ) based in Navi Mumbai . As Global Head Sales, you will be responsible for all Sales related activities at this company. The Company is a leading player in the XBRL space and its products are currently deployed in 16 countries across the globe. The company has multiple products targeted at niche markets. The role for the Head of Sales is to spearhead, the penetration, development and realization of ROI for each product from its served market. Part of the role would be to build a Team and implement benchmark processes across the Sales function to make the Company proactive, responsive and deal focused. You would be expected to excel in your role and drive the company;s future growth through aggressive functional achievement. You are a graduate in any discipline with a post graduate qualification such as an MBA / PGDM in Sales & Marketing. You worked in the Sales function and have now accumulated a minimum experience of 12 to 15 years. You have worked in the IT products ( ideally SAS ) space and are well versed with the processes, efforts, issues and management thereof. You have good exposure to the USA and European Markets. You have travelled often and are quite familiar with the regional, geographic and cultural nuances of operating in each of these markets. You are knowledgeable about the Indian market and what drives growth here. Knowledge of a foreign language ( though not necessary, could be advantage ). You are tech savvy and comfortable with the use of contemporary software such as Salesforce in your day to day work. You are hungry for growth and would love to be part of an enabling meritocracy which rewards performance. Ideally, you are a resident of Navi Mumbai or reside close by with no issues about the daily commute to Navi Mumbai for work.
