Lead and drive delivery & sales teams across geographies to achieve targeted revenue numbers
Ensure Sales to targeted accounts primarily Retail, Online and other verticals.
Build relationships with customer teams at CXO level
Contribute to marketing activities and development of new service offerings
Ensure high sustained customer satisfaction in all engagements where services get delivered
Understand emerging trends and prepare the organisation to build needed capabilities to ensure future readiness
Be the company's spokesperson at industry conferences & events; evangelize the portfolio with industry analysts.
Ability to pass market and customer feedback to sales/delivery and practice teams.
Build a competent sales & account team to support high growth trajectory; drive best practices in sales teams including governance structures
Drive penetration: increase width and depth of coverage with number of business units and locations
Ensure market sensing for new opportunities including channel partnerships, alliances with other companies in the eco-system; industry benchmarking and competitive landscaping
Desired Skills and Experience
Demonstrated ability to sell $15/20m + revenues in a fast paced services environment primarily on Information Management, Analytics and Big Data and delivering projects in these areas.
Experience of selling in Retail, CPG, Online Business, Media and other verticals to Tier-1, Tier-2 Companies.
Experience in IT services sales to multi-Industries like Retail, CPG, Online Business, Media and other verticals across geographies.
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives
Prior experience on working with offshore / geographically diverse teams is a definite plus
