Job Description :
Maintaining excellence in delievry operations, Process definition, implementation and compliance, including productivity improvements.
Driving Quality, Information Security, Risk Management for the business unit
Adherence to Service Level agreement, Turnaround time, Reporting Requirements and communication rigor
Develop case studies out of the Productivity benefits realized, feed back to the Solutioning team
for sharper estimates and better solutioning for future proposals
Managing all aspects of Quality Assurance -Driving Net Promoter Score , CSAT , End to End working to enhance end customer experience
Identify & highlight quality issues to Management through periodic interactions with internal process owners.
Desired Profile :
Strong delivery experience with 15+ years from Multiple domain and multi technology in managing projects
Should have expertise in managing large projects
Expertise in usage of best practices, tools and automation
Should have handled large team size and huge p&l responsibilities
Should have worked directly with the client and should be able to articulate with the delivery teams/client/senior client partners
