Should be able to work in Support environment.
Person to have good debugging and analytical skills where the primary objective would be resolutions of the critical environmental issues.
Complete knowledge of Genesys 8x Framework and Architecture.
Should have hands on installation/deployment /upgrades and project implementation.
Should have installed Reporting components like CCPulse, CC Analyser, ICON, and Infomart . Hands on experience on CCPulse , ICON
Good knowledge of Genesys Outbound. Hands on experience of implementing outbound solutions.
Integration of Genesys Components with external environment like Gateway/PBX/third party IVR Solutions.
Good Knowledge of SIP protocol. Should have integrated GVP with components like Outbound/SIP.
Hands on experience on multimedia setup (chat & email) environment
Excellent Communication skill and team player.
