JD : Global Sales Head - Vitamins
To spearhead the sales of products in The Vitamins Portfolio globally.
Reporting to SBU Head -- Vitamins and based in the Corporate Office.
A highly motivated and self driven individual . Would be leading a multi national team of Regional Sales Managers.
Should have around 15 years of B2B international sales experience and well traveled. Good inter personal and people management skills. Excellent in verbal and written communications. Should be an MBA from a reputed Institute with good analytical skills.
Should have experience of global sales of competitive/price sensitive products
Should have experience of developing distribution network and handling large MNCs
1. Achieve the sales volumes of products as per the guidance and plan of business unit Territory.
2. To ensure timely collection of all receivables from customers/distributors
3. To monitor the inventory in the warehouses and goods in transit and prepare sales plan accordingly every month and quarter.
4. To gather market intelligence and inform Corporate Office on the developments in the market
5. To lead and motivate a multi national sales team.
6. To maximize the realized prices of products as per the guidance and plan of business unit.
7. To negotiate and sign business contracts to achieve above mentioned objectives.
8. To manage all customer services related to business including dispatches from warehouse. Efficiently manage warehouse operations in USA,Belgium and China.
9. Be responsible for and manage the brand image of company.
10. Any other responsibility related to business as required to achieve the desired market share
11. Qualification: MBA from a reputed institute with Engineering /Science background.
12. Experience : 15 years of experience of selling B2B products and handling direct sales. The person should have excellent communication skills and a pleasing personality. Good exposure International Business
13. Age Group: 38- 45 years.
