Reporting to MD and dotted line to Director Sales in Germany supervising Regional Sales Managers you will be responsible for the following:
Develop the market for the division laboratory and analysis equipment
Create and maintain new business opportunities outside the regular sales channels
Create and maintain product awareness in the market and develop a competent team of clients and the team
Manage sales projects with respect to numbers, clarity on scope of supply targeting maximum level of customer satisfaction while achieving maximum profit margins
Coordinate Training, Application
Implement motivating team structures (team/hierarchies for external internal sales technicians services administration). Develop MbO approach
Develop direct sales to customers in a B2B Environment
Key point of contact for key accounts and key opinion leaders
Implement the Solution Supplier approach
Further develop the sales structure for the entire product range with main orientation to direct sales for selected products and Key accounts in perfect synchronicity with the network of channel partners
Influence local development of safety standards or related norms
Focus consequently on end users with high potential, establish & maintain sustainable contacts on senior management level
Develop a clear key account structure for important customers and implement and maintain sustainable contact management (Customer Relation Management)
Establish and maintain effective communication within the team

Dynamic / proactive entrepreneur, structured working style, target oriented personality
Strong intercultural communication skills - Knowledge of different mentalities
Strong leadership skills with a hands-on management style.

Candidate Profile

A technically versed and experienced National Sales Head having Industry experience, preferably in a mid-sized foreign company (manufacturer of lab/analytical equipment) and experience in the direct marketing to end users;Deep knowledge of the local market & SAARC countries
