Job Description

Prepare MIS on Attrition & Benefits

- Develop Grids & Formulas in line with the Banks compensation policy. Assist in scenario building and simulation exercise to attain precise grids based of various parameters viz. employee's band, appraisal rating, sales/support function, market comparator, vintage etc.

- Partner with Finance dept to provide compensation analytics for budgeting & provisioning exercise.

- Compare remuneration with market salary statistics and advice salary correction for outliers.

- Share promotion qualifiers list with business for recommendations. Review recommendations and share the final file with HR partners for ratification of promotion panel.

- Advise HR partners and product/business head on grade and salary fitment.

- Approve hiring exceptions based on experience, qualification, job size, market position, geographic location, supply demand equation.

- Conduct Markets Surveys on various compensation& benefit practices to enable business to take better decisions eg. Role wise/Career level wise compensation, Job titling, Loans benefit structure, Insurance benefits.

- Map level and position of market data to job bands, functions and roles within the bank.

- Compare remuneration with market salary statistics and advice salary correction for outliers.
