One of the Largest Business Conglomerate is looking out for a General Manager - HR for one of its Manufacturing businesses.
The ideal incumbent should be a MBA in HR from a reputed institute with at least 15 yrs of experience , majority of which needs to be in the Corporate HR for Large Manufacturing organisation.
The person would be working closely with the HR Head in developing HR strategy and presentations to the Top Management.
The individual should have a through understanding of the manufacturing sector, analytical bent of mind and should have excellent presentation skills.
The person should have worked on organisational effectiveness and other HR strategic areas.
The position would report to the HR Head for the business.
