1. Responsible for overall content development, skills enhancement, technology integration , quality assurance & delivery of training as per customer requirement.
2. Designing and defining the pedagogical approach to program development and assessment tools, technological solutions for assessment and certification.
3. Creating Learning and Development modules by using digital media , for B2B, B2C ,B2G Government , Private , Self Help Groups(SHG )
4. End-to-end responsibility for solutioning and content development for B2B clients.
5. Recruitment, Staffing, Training and Management of Content Development team to achieve the targeted nos with the approved budget
6. Managing revenue and profitability as per the budget approved.
1. Understanding business in one or two Sectors ( BFSI , Telecom , Retail , FMCG , Pharma )
2. Good networking skills , Instructional Design skills , Curriculum development skills ,
3. Ability to deliver training programs & inspire participants
4. Team Player/Leader.
5. Strong knowledge in adult learning theories & concept.
