Purpose of the job: To execute sales plan of group's real estate projects.
Roles & responsibilities:
To execute sales plan for the projects.
Planning and achieving expected sales volume for existing and new products.
Creating a vast network of channel partners.
Ensure long lasting relationship with channel partners.
Maximizing new business by organizing/representing the group at networking events.
To be stationed in HO/Project site at Noida.
Will be required to travel to locations within and outside NCR.
MBA (Sales and Marketing) from a reputed institute.
Managerial and soft competencies:
A self-confident result and customer oriented leader who possesses social competence, believes in strong networking and has excellent communication skills.
Well versed with IT and social media tools.
+ 5 years, preferably in a reputed real estate company.
