The GENERALl MANAGER- SALES AND MARKETING :-
Candidate will be responsible for sales of Resavenue and its associated services for the entire India market. This candidate must be able to forge and grow business relationships as well as handle major target accounts to drive revenues.
Candidate should possess successful track record in:
Developing a strong sales plan for the entire market including both existing major as well as potential customers.
Generating Sales and Revenue for the company.
Manage the existing hotel accounts and adding new hotels and suppliers.
To build relationships and networks within the industry.
Driving revenues through new account and/or project acquisition.
Responsible for new business from lead generation to actively prospecting, negotiating and closing.
Maintaining Profitability for the team.
Promoting our Resavenue system and channel manager and related services.
Have a flexible approach to sharing the workload and responsibilities with colleagues.
Responsibility for product training to your colleagues and new staff.
Taking full responsibilities for customer services and client satisfaction.
Conceive and execute effective web based and off line marketing plans.
Active participation in implementing effective sale forecasting and management system.
Maintain and deliver a high level of sales productivity.
5-6 years experience in Hotel Contracting/ Online Hotel Sales
MBA/PGDBM/BMS graduates with fluent English
Preferred candidate from Hotel/ Travel background
A person with good experience in travel industry, preferably with travel agency contracting
Must have proven ability to motivate staff and produce effective results
Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken and written English
Friendly and efficient telephone manner
Professional with excellent interpersonal skills
Self Motivated and zeal for growth
Should be able to set and achieve targets
