Job Description

Key Result Areas To achieve planned FX contribution of the State

To achieve the FX Revenue target from Retail walk-in customers and wholesale (FFMCs & Ads) {Purchase & Sales} for the State

To add new Retail customers for the branch (Agents and Corporates )

Service Quality Initiatives in the State

Ensure adherence to/and implementation of laid down directives

guidelines/departmental procedures by RBI/FEMA/AML/Sr. Management.

Funds and Revenue Management.

Timely & correct position reporting to Dealings.

To do cross selling i.e selling Insurance Travel & Life, Tickets Rail and Air .

To drive business volumes for all the Financial Services products through the sales channels / interaction with customers.

Develop a 2nd line of command in the team
Impart own knowledge to colleagues/train new recruits in relevant areas.

Display Leadership skills to handle situations & staff.

Lead by example.

Ensure staff attrition rates are controlled.

Ensure that proper discipline & decorum is maintained.
