Job Description

Person should have experience in telecom industry. should have experience in prepaid or online recharge system.

Maintains and monitors records and reports, maintains order fulfillment functions to ensure timely customer services.

Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Hands-on Sales Manager that motivates and provides leadership by example.

Ensure Sales targets are met on consistent basis.

Design, implement and monitor successful Commission Plans in coordination with HR.

Recruit and train Sales staff for optimal performance and delivery of monthly targets.

Coordinate with the Marketing Department on the design and execution of promotional plans and other customer incentive programs.
