Job Description


Support the National Concept Business Heads in driving topline and other business objectives for a Region
Manage the costs of his own regional people pyramid (for functions like Admin, PRO, Facilities, HR, L&D, IT, Finance, Accounts) and related infrastructure and driving synergies and efficiencies within a Region
Develop retail penetration in the region and identify new site opportunities in close coordination with Properties Head
Own and drive adherence to local and national legal guidelines with respect to Shops and people
Monitor and analyze findings from competitors and market intelligence data and outperform competition
Own the customer base, leverage customer insights, drive customer loyalty at regional level
Provide back office support (for functions like Admin, PRO, Facilities, HR, L&D, IT, Finance, Accounts) to the region
Ensure adherence to agreed SLAs between concepts and functions in the region
Driving employee engagement initiatives in the region
Managing his own teams development, training and performance

15 + years of work experience of which at least 8 years should be in a senior management capacity, handled retail sales/operations in a large retail format. Managed large teams.
