* Hardcore Sales and Business Development experience in IT Solutions sales for large Corporates in Verticals like Manufacturing, Retail and Logistics for 12-15 Years.
* Experience in sales of IT solutions/ Enterprise Mobility Solutions related to Supply Chain like WMS, Field Force Automation, Asset Management, Work In Progress Tracking, Track and Trace Solutions in various above verticals will be desirable and added advantage.
* Should be well versed with Market Dynamics and Growth Drivers for IT solutions in various market verticals and should be well networked in industry.
* Should be IT savvy and hands on with latest IT tools to exploit social media network for Business Development.
* Proven Team management skills to handle senior sales professionals & Customer Relationship Management at seniors levels - CXOs is a definite requirements of this position.
* Position will involve achieving Regional Sales Targets as well as the personal Sales Targets.
* Position is to cover North, East and South Regions and exposure to these markets is required.
* Job involves travelling Pan India.

Desired Skills and Experience:

* Excellent communication, presentation, inter personal and strong commercial skills are must.
