Job Description

Develop business plans and strategies to access customers, acquire new contracts and increase annual sales in Oil&Gas/Refinery  Industry in Mumbai Region

Key Responsibilities and Specific Accountability
* Develop comprehensive sales plan to drive business growth in assigned accounts to meet sales targets
* Plan, organize, manage, supervise and be accountable for all aspects of pre-contract business development operations to build the pipeline of high quality new revenues
* Develop and maximize contact with key accounts, key contacts and critical people at various client organizations and focus efforts to obtain new work and generate new enquiries
* Ensure prequalification with existing and potential customers to bid for projects within sphere of capabilities
* Liaison with departments and determine sales strategy, risk identification, profit potential and analysis, and ensure communication of customer needs and expectations
* Interact with General Managers to maintain relationships with customers during project execution, especially from the point of generating additional work orders
* Gather and analyse market intelligence and conduct market surveys for new projects and opportunities and keep up to date on industry trends, competitors and client developments to give strategic leverage for future opportunities
* Carry out client presentations expressing the value plan of products, solutions, and service offering
* Participate in finding new alliances, Companies, Sub-contractors to enhance company's position
* Strong understanding of project requirements from ITB documents, Project Overview & Scope of Bolting solution Oil&Gas/Refinery  projects -- Onshore & Offshore
* Prepare and management of contract documentation
