Job Description

Assist Sales Management in developing and executing business development strategy and plan for Telecom Vertical.

Lead national expansion for existing and new territories and act as a true hunter in defined vertcial.

Create and maintain Solid Relationship in Telecom sector and Analyze business opportunities.

Due-Diligence, Handling Critical Issues, Pricing & Contract Negotiation skills are essential.

Manage a team of 3-4 people & Guide them on day-to-day basis.

A proactive leader and planner with cross-functional expertise in handling corporate clients, key account management with skills in P&L management and competitor/ market analysis.

Organising and Ensuring active participation of in Industry events.

Working with a team as equal contributor to grab a piece of the growing domestic market using the existing base; Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets in India & APAC.

Working closely with Lepton's products/services resellers in foreign countries and enable them in order to meet sales target.

Ability to set the vision, direction, and culture of the team by managing individual and team performance expectations and goals, monitoring real time service levels and schedule adherence, and holding the team accountable for meeting and exceeding performance targets.

Conducts one-on-one review with all Team members to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of sales and activity performance.

Continual competitive research and analysis to determine areas for growth.

Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.

Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major clientele, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.

Sets examples for team in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits.

06 - 10 Years of experience in Hunting role and Sales Management.

Candidate Profile

B.E/B.Tech. or equivalent + M.B.A(Preferably) from premier institutes
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
Must have strong experience in selling Products and Services to Telecom companies ( Service providers and Equipment Manufacturers) in India and APAC.
Must have established relationships in telecom vertical which should get converted into business.
Should be willing to work aggressively in global environment as Lepton would be working directly in India and APAC and through partners in rest of the world.
