Job Description

To handle Business Development of exhaust Assembly, catalytic converters, fabricated or machined products & excel an automobile manufacturing group to a new height.
Protecting the organization's value by keeping information strictly confidential.
Develop negotiating strategies & positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies & operations; examining risks & potentials; estimating needs & goals.

Knowledge of handling Indian OEM customers as well as MNCs viz. General Motors, Piaggio, Mercedes Benz etc.
Versatile knowledge of product development & to understand the exact customers requirement both technically & cost economically,
Should have potential of business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements & financials impacts; evaluating commercial options; resolving or reshuffling the internal priorities as per the customer needbase.
Good command over local language of Marathi, fluency in English & knowledge of atleast two international languages will be an added advantage.
Candidate should be able to tackle with the customer independently,
He should bear the closing skills, motivation for sales, prospecting skills, sales planning, presentation skills, added Energy Level, Meeting Sales Goals & Professionalism,
He should be a result oriented culture & able to excel the companys growth at a new height.
Candidate should be an energetic & good initiator; dynamic with pleasing personality, readiness for work hard & open for learn attitude.
Through knowledge & business development skills of Exhaust Assly, Catalytic Converters, Fabricated or Machined products its manufacturing processes will be needed.
Detailed knowledge about the product costing & raising quotes will be required.

Candidate having additional qualification in business administration will be given preference.
