Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Overall Sales responsibility for the product
Provide client solutions and integrations to enhance revenues
Optimize & build agency and client relationships
Function strategically and tactically to position product to dominate the business media space.
Develop sales plans and goals by studying and understanding the market and approve all sales promotion campaigns
Monitor daily the sales processes
Revenue Target
Revenue Market Share
Ensure Collections as per target
Create and or identify convergent opportunities with advertisers
Ensure new clients as per targets
Talent/Staff Management
Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales programs.
Provide coaching and regular one-on-one meetings for staff.
Establish accountability for achieving results through entire sales team.
Manage all aspects of reward and recognition necessary to reinforce and communicate important messages about performance and organization direction and values
Develop Sales Team within Budgeted cost
Set and control cost budgets for the Sales Department and adherence to the same.

Key Skills & Attributes

Strong management skills to direct sales staff and resources
Strong client relationships in the region any or all: Automotive, Technology, Financial Services, Luxury Goods and others.
Strong agency relationships to get immediate awareness of programming initiatives
Excellent track record of delivering and exceeding targets.
An extremely polished sales person with the capacity to gain internal and external consensus
Ability to work in concert with the interactive group when required
A person who enjoys building other executives to succeed in a dynamic media environment
A strong understanding of the India market.

Profile Qualification Full-time MBA
Experience: Min 9-14 years of media sales experience
