Job Description

Primary Skills (not more than 2): -
> IT & Network Security Management - Exposure to SIEM, System and Data Protection, Compliance, Vulnerability and Risk Management and related tools like ArchSight, System Security Suite, Arbor Networks, along with knowledge of standard like PCI, ISO 27001. Experience in process implementation/operation covering IT based services.
DC Operations & technologies i.e. Server , Database , Storage , EMS Tools ,Backup (With extensive knowledge of at least 2 areas

Handling large and multiple teams in different Infrastructure Domains

Role purpose:
In this role, individual will be responsible For
End to End Management of Security service operations & delivery for other Services delivered for ITSSC from Bangalore on IT Infrastructure , DC Operations, Cloud, Hosting Solution support
End-to-End accountability for service readiness and quality assurance in Service Transition for new services in the above referred areas. This includes ownership of the operational requirements catalogue, of the quality criteria for operational gates, and accountability for provision of operational impact and risk assessments.
End-to-End accountability for service enablement, comprising all deliverables and activities required to ensure that all entities participating in delivery of a service during Service Operations are able to provide support, including staffing, training, access to systems and applications and to operational tools, access to and knowledge of documentation, test and acceptance of process interfaces.
Ownership and responsibility for the Continuous Service Improvement process for relevant services.

Lead and develop a global dedicated high-caliber team focused on transition , Delivery and continual improving the performance of Security Operations & Infrastructure Management service at Bangalore
Build strong relationships with Global teams, Operating companys IT organizations to ensure alignment of priorities and deliverables
Deliver the service in line with cost forecasted in the budget figures
Maintain new Benefits Cases, the Benefits Tracker and deliver savings included in Budget figures.
Roll-out an organization chart that is suited for growth with strong succession planning
Seeding of new services from existing teams and backfilling those positions by filling from the lower levels
Improving Resource Skill & experience mix
Drive Process compliance & documentation complete,
Roll-out of all identified tools; Deliver 95 % KPIs in Green
Reporting periodically to all TSSC stake holders
10% Savings as part of CI initiative
