Not less than 20 yrs of experience in Production, Filling Packing, Commercial, General Engineering & Administration
1. Control & Reporting:
o Maintain excellent managerial controls and decisions with regard to Production/Engineering/ Accounts & Commercial /Admin-P&A-
IR/PR/HR/QA/QC/Regulatory Affairs, Filling/Packing, Storages and Safety aspects of all Security to safety to storage to transactions management of all inputs Process and Outputs.
o Keep excellent rapport with all departments at Head Office.
o Attend to both VP Teams on the respective work areas.
o Ensure, fair reporting and fix responsibility of any report that is made.
o Relations management with one and all around factory/ Govt. and Political outfits and others in general.
o Keep communicating with all Trading groups / CP-MRO and Bulk pack HOD teams.
o Conduct one to one HOD discussions and 2nd line/ 3rd line managers development.
o Report the matter of confusions. Confrontations or other needs to VP teams for clarity.
o Correct reporting of Losses/ leakages/ damages and wastage (LLDW) and establish accountability.
o Ensure that the plant is operated in a manner that produces a quality product that matches customers needs and maintain profitability.
o Set responsibilities, goals, and objectives for all production participants.
o Ensure that all production systems are operating at optimum level and efficiency.
o Recommend capital spending program that would improve the plants capacity and profitability.
o Participate in the Annual Operating Planning Process Develop production plans and ensure implementation.
o Maintain a working proficiency with regards to purchasing, production, and maintenance procedures. Ensure new product development initiatives are carried out in time and within budget.
o Cost standard provided and result achieved variance REPORTING with proper clarity.
o Management of provisions without making REPEAT PROCESSES in any plant areas other consumption ends.
o Ensures that products manufactured are as per the set standards and commitments.
o Work with the members of the TCS (Total Customer Satisfaction) committee to ensure that customer problems and other quality issues are resolved within pre-defined service level parameters.
o Help develop a fixed operating budget consistent with the annual operating plan.
o Help develop maintenance budget and to assure adequate parts inventory is in stock within approved budget.
5. Safety / Legal:
o Participate in developing and reviewing safety policies and procedures.
o Ensure that the plant is operated in full compliance with all regulatory requirements.
o Conduct safety audit, investigate accidents and recommend measures to prevent recurrences, monitor hazardous work activities, monitor fire prevention measures.
o Develop and maintain an open and honest communications with the government agencies with which the company deals.
6. People Management:
o Good IR-PR with factory in house union and others involved.
o Good IR-PR with Mathadi Union & Contract Labour.
o Authorize daily and weekly update reports to improve plant communication with the Head Office.
o Hold monthly shift supervisors meeting to inform, discuss and arrange for necessary training to improve plan operations.
o Assist the plant personnel, maintenance personnel, quality personnel in developing and following programs to meet production /quality and profit goals.
o Establish goals and operating objectives for production management personnel, conducting at least annually, an evaluation of their performances outline in corporate guidelines, review salary levels and recommend appropriate action.

o All Compliances & Regulatory matters.
