Desired Candidate Profile
10-12 years of relevant industry experience (Marketing & Advertising/Media Agency/Digital Agency).
A BIG thinker with strong track record of creating world class digital solutions for brands.
Experience of designing and leading multiple digital marketing solutions is a must.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) and proven ability to work effectively at all organizational levels.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to think creatively, deals with ambiguity, and manage changing priorities.
Bias for action, and experience making things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
MBA from reputed institute.
Excellent academic track record.
