Job Description

Job Profile :

Administering PMS

Managing activities relating to industrial relations and union management relations, such as, meetings, communication, negotiation, etc.

Compliance with the various statutory provisions relating to labour and industrial relations.

Managing disciplinary proceedings.

Training needs , Training calendar , training programs for employees of the unit. Monitoring training effectiveness

Tracking the morale and work environment of the unit, communicating to senior management, special initiatives in the area.

Administration of time office, payroll, security including weigh bridge, and colony including the colony school

Managing land related and other legal matters of the unit.

Implementing initiatives regarding development of local community

Liaison with Government and District Administration Authorities.

(Candidates with some experience from captive/non-captive Power Plant will have advantage)
