Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development (including selection, recruitment, Talent Management and Learning & development).
To provide HR leadership.
Monitor measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans within agreed formats and timescales. Manage and develop direct reporting staff their orientation, development and training
Forecast and control HR budget. Liaise with other functional/departmental managers to identify needs of HR development and to ensure that they are informed of HR objectives, purposes and achievements.
Full time MBA graduate with 15+ years of exp. in Talent Acquisition,Talent Management & Learning & Development
Additional responsibilities include recommending and implementing standards for actuarial recruiting operations and measuring process against goals.
