* Designing the organization structure for the group.
* Designing the compensation and benefit plan as per the local (Nigeria) requirement.
* Drive core HR practices for the employees.
* Partnering with the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring staffing teams with high quality talent which includes job evaluation and industry analysis.
* Liaise with the management team to provide effective HR services and advice.
* Very sound in business acumen and understanding the commercial factors of the business.
The candidate SHOULD have experience in REAL ESTATE industry as HEAD HR
