Provide advice, counsel and resolution to managers on a broad range of employee issues including general HR issues, policy interpretation, work conditions, employee development, performance management and succession planning
Responsible for resolving and in specific cases managing end to end complex employee relations cases.
Develop and deliver value added education programs for HRBP s and line managers to deal with critical ER related issues.
Build external networks across India and be viewed both internally and externally as an expert in the ER field.
Use appropriate investigation techniques, good judgment and balanced consideration of all available facts, information & policies to identify & recommend probable options Provide final resolution to all employee relations issues either independently or in consultation with other HR areas like Legal, HR Governance & Internal controls.
Interfaces with statutory employment bodies including representation at the same, when required.
Deep expertise to laws, regulations and processes related to employment matters in India.
Work with HR team and other departments to proactively identify potential issues or trends and provide options / solutions to effectively mitigate risks Keep up to date with developments in employment practices and legal requirements.
Undergraduate degree in HR related subject, Post graduate in HR related subject preferred.
Should have 10 to 12 years of strategic experience employee relations
knowledge in all aspects of HR, as well as experience in state and federal employment law, and employee relations
Strategic, analytical, detail-oriented, energetic, and able to quickly adapt in a fast-paced and fast-growing environment
Strong documentation and writing skills required as are possessing high levels of influencing skills and stakeholder management.
