Job Description

Role:
Manage the wealth and revenues of all Promoters and Promoter entities of GMR while ensuring compliance to Statutory and Governance issues and effectively implement their decisions / directions. Lead the administrative function for Family Office in accordance with the Family constitution.
Accountabilities:
Managing Family Trusts and Family Funds as per the guidelines of the Trust Deeds and as per the various understanding documents and directions of the Promoters.
Conducting Family Meetings viz., Family Business Forum, Financial Councils, Inter Unit Meetings, Retreats as defined and agreed in the Family Constitution.
Supervising the Promoters Wealth Management Function. Ensuring that the Compliances under various Laws are complied with. Funds are managed efficiently and all the MIS reports are submitted on time.
Managing the entire gamut of family accounts, filing of returns, etc.
Should be proficient with laws & legislative pertaining to family owned businesses.
Reviewing the Investments made by the Promoters in external businesses and submitting review reports to Chairman.
Monitoring the Loans and Advances given to the extended Family Members / Relations of the Family Members.
Extending all possible support to the Promoters Family Members, Family Consultants and other external parties of the Group Chairman/Business Chairmans office. Maintaining cordial relations with various divisions of the Group Company on the issues relating to the Family.
Wealth Creation function: Working on the Wealth Creation options for the Promoters, as suggested by Members.
Treasury Management in respect of family owned business/investments.

Group and Business Chairman
CFOs and Finance Heads of other Group companies

1. Experience in Family Accounts of Chairman/ Director/ High Net worth individual is must..
2. Has in-depth knowledge of Tax issues and hands-on experience of Risk Mitigation Plans
3. Excellent communication skills, strong self-confidence and excellent grasp of family accounts
4. Telugu Speaking Must & based at Delhi.
