Purpose of the job:
To enhance customer experience by streamlining CRM function of the group.
Roles & responsibilities:
To plan and execute policies related to on-going customer relationship management.
To coordinate with different departments on issues related to customers.
Ensure uniform customer experience through standardized processes.
Establish feedback mechanism from customers.
Respond to customer queries effectively and within shortest possible TAT.
Ensure timely documentation & follow up.
To act as single point of contact on issues related to CRM.
To be stationed in HO at Noida.
Will be required to travel to locations within and outside NCR.
MBA/Graduate from a reputed institute.
Managerial and soft competencies:
A self-confident result oriented manager who possesses social competence, is methodical and has good communication skills.
* Should be proficient in IT.
Minimum 10 years, in a company of repute.
Real estate/Hospitality/ Banking/Insurance/BPO background will be preferred.
Female candidates will be preferred.
