Job Description


Strong knowledge, understanding and implementation experience of Oracle HR & Payroll applications and its dependency on other eBS applications

Should have very good understanding and hands-on experience of HCM Release 12

including modules like iRecruitment, Core HRMS, Payroll, SSHR, Performance Management, Learning Management and Compensation Workbench

Should be expert in understanding and debugging payroll components including fast-formulas, Formula result rules, Elements & Links, Absences, Batch Element Entries

Proficient in processing and analyzing complex payroll functionalities like Retro Processing, Costing, Costing of payment, leave encashments, settlements and payroll costing

Sound knowledge of at least one Oracle Payroll localization (preferably India/UK/US/Middle east)

Ability to identify key areas involving scrutiny during payroll processing and ability to address the issues by judiciously prioritizing and sequencing activities for issue resolution

Excellent in understanding pain-points during payroll parallel run and ability efficiently close parallel run

Ability to understand HR business needs and accordingly advise on the best business practices of Oracle HCM deployment

Ability to quickly understand and categorise issues and channelize action plan in a timely manner such as to achieve the deliveries within project milestones

Ability to communicate with development team for solution related issues in a way in an offshore-onsite kind of implementation model

Processing monthly/weekly payroll cycle including inputs validation, imports, payroll run, prepayments, payments (Direct Deposit/Cheque/Cash), costing and transfer to ledgers

Ability to know various efficient methodologies to reconcile payroll results between ERP and legacy systems

Responsible for all reporting from payroll in line with HR and business requirements.

Assist payroll department in maintenance and update static payroll data as per business requirements.

Academic Qualifications : Engineering degree/ MCA and/ MBA/CA from a reputed institution.

Experience : 4 8 yrs of implementation, support, training and delivery on Oracle eBusiness Suite Human Capital Management (HR & Payroll)
