Managing High Ticket Customers
Program Management and mining of existing clients
Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business in the field of HR services & solutions (Payroll, Compliance, Technology, Staffing, etc. )
Responsible for the development and retention of clients through effective operation & program management
Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions
Close co-ordination with all HODs to redefine business strategies and create effective delivery modules.
Developing & maintaining good contacts with all CXO level people at customerrsquos end, to strengthen business roots and increase pocket share
Part of the process improvement team operating through HO for redefining effective and profitable process.
Qualification: B. tech/ MBA (B. tech MBA will be preferred)
At least 10 -12 years of working experience including minimum last 6 years relevant experience
Strong business acumen and good project management skills
Analytical approach with respect to growth potential
Able to think creatively, result oriented and drives consistent vertical performance.
Highly proactive in keeping abreast with the latest trends in the HR industry
Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet SLAs / deadlines.
Traveling as per business needs.
