Job Description

 Be fully aware of The Lanesborough Culture, Service Experience along with Guests Recognition that The Lanesborough is renowned for. Be able to promote and be confident with all facilities offered in the hotel.To ensure that all Front Office employees embrace the culture, service experience and guest recognition that The Lanesborough is renowned for. Assist the Front Office Manager in effectively managing the department to ensure we provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times. Encourage the team to bring up new ideas and assist other departments within Front Office. To develop the skills and effectiveness of all Front Office Employee through the appropriate training, coaching and mentoring. This role may be required to cover various shifts.
