Project responsibility and management.

Focus on timely delivery, quality and cost

Carry out Pre assessment of Whistle blower reports as and when required.

Performs certain Investigations jointly with Internal Audit / Operating Management / External Consultants.

Provides guidance and support to Internal Audit / Operating Management / External Consultants wherever necessary or monitor their progress from time to time.

Prepares Investigation reports for review by Head - Investigations

Conducts Open / discreet Interviews of Subject employees / vendors / customers as required

Assist Head Investigations in preparation of Department Budgets, FRM Committee / Audit Committee presentations and other MIS required from time to time. Assist in maintenance of records of the Whistle blower reports .

Co-ordinate Investigation and remedial actions with Senior management across Units

Maintain proper Investigation documentation as per company methodology in Case Tracking System

Assist Head Investigations in conducting awareness sessions about Company's policy on Ethics and sensitization for employees

Respond and provide appropriate guidance in matters relating Compliance, Code of conduct and other policies of the Company.

Identify trends and opportunities to further improve Company's internal control mechanism for prevention, detection and deterrence of frauds.

Qualification - CA / LLB / ICWAI / MBA / Certified Fraud Investigator
