1.Overall in-charge of financial matters of business unit including Budgeting and Forecasting planning; reporting of financial statements to corporate; Costing and Inventory management; and Cash flow management.
2.The BU Financial Controller oversees the day to day activities of the finance team for the BU and ensures the BU's finance function is organised and efficient and produces accurate financial and management accounts.
3.Ensuring that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained
4.Pro-actively reporting and investigating materials and labour variances.
5.Preparation of monthly P&L ,Balance Sheet and related reports including meaningful commentary
6.Maintenance of financial ledgers and accounting processes
7.Maintaining a high level of communication with all relevant internal and external stakeholders to develop effective relationships
8.Responsible to Business Units (BU) executives on management performance, profitability, cash-flow measurement, investment appraisal, cost reduction and execution of BUs' Delegation of Authority(BUs matrix organization)
9.Merger & Acquisition restructuring exercises. System and process review for integration into TE platform as a result of M&A
10.Information system and financial policies implementation
11.Business process improvements (globally consistent practices and policies application)
12.Preparing monthly and quarterly reports for the BU
13.Reviewing, monitoring and record all associated costs
14.Maintaining a high level of communication with all relevant internal and external stakeholders to develop effective relationships
