Preparing Budget for SCM activities of Company by interacting with SCM HoDs / Depts.
2.Monitoring of Actuals and reporting Budget Vs Actuals and reporting of Variance Analysis for each site, monthly basis.
3. Ensuring correct cost booking before month end closure and ensuring provisions on monthly basis.
4.Prepare Product Group wise and site wise cost statement for billing to Company, monthly and carry out monthly billing, complying with tax laws
5.Co-ordination for invoicing of Devices .
6.Co-ordination for stock transfer documents preparation.
5.Reconcile account balances
6.Commentary / Exception analysis of specific key operational parameters and cost items.
7.Cost discussions with business with full analysis of each cost element
