Responsibilities and Results:
Manage and support all financial and administrative aspects of the India
Financial monitoring of KNH supported projects in India
Networking with key stakeholders relevant to KNH work in India
Involving actively in organizational decision-making by providing timely and reliable financial and performance information.
Facilitate capacity building support to KNH partners in India
Reporting to KNH Germany according to agreed formats and schedules
Providing input for the development of SOPs especially concerning the interface between KNH in India and KNH Germany
Budget the work of KNH in India and report financially against the approved budget
The incumbent would have to formulate an appropriate financial plan for the management of KNH in India.
The individual is expected to be a specialist who can handle donor funded program of such elevated scale and is expected to display integrity, maturity, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work under pressure and deliver innovative problem solving skills.
The incumbent must ensure that the budgets for the various functions are in line with KNHs priorities, in order to optimize the resource planning for group as a whole.
Masters degree in Finance or management related subject like Financial Management/ Accounting or ICWA with a minimum of 10 years of total professional experience in managing finances and implementing finance monitoring of organizations.
Very responsible individual with impeccable integrity and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
Ability to represent the organization across international bodies, government, and donors.
High levels of computer proficiency.
Ability to communicate in northern and southern Indian languages is an added advantage.
Experience in working with minorities, particularly with scheduled casts and scheduled tribes.
Extensive experience of working with international development organizations in key management positions.
