Looking for a Finance analyst from IT sector.
Responsible to implement the standardized process within the different various towers of IT Enterprise to optimize the utilization of business resources, minimize working capital, maximize cash flow and exceed customer's expectations for delivery by building relationships with HR, Finance, IT, Engineering and Operations, SCM
Develop leading indicators that enable visibility to short and long term market trends and demand.
Work closely with HTS SBG leaders and engineering Operations focus from the Enterprise IT organization, to ensure robust demand planning.
Establish connectivity with Enterprise IT tower leaders in business for developing accurate demand planning for HTS tying it out with HTS STRAP/AOP plans.
Identify the appropriate demand streams (product family, product codes, etc) and establish their data relationship. Create robust demand forecasting models.
Collaborate with all support functions like IT (information technology), HR , finance, ISC etc. to identify and implement new technologies that improve capability, sustainability, and reliability.
Champion opportunities to improve supply capabilities as appropriate.
Align and integrate Enterprise IT AOP/STRAP
Manage process and action plans, issue resolution tracking
Create a Robust MOS/ governance and drive accountability and process improvement based on key performance metrics and targets.
Identifies ways to improve forecast accuracy
Develops plans to solve Demand and Supply issues and creates executive level reports.
Work with IT Enterprise managers on capacities and forecasts, providing the best cost sourcing solution.
Develop and track appropriate metrics to drive results and continuous improvement
Establish clear and robust metrics to measure progress through process improvements and their tie to sector revenue plans.
Regularly publish performance-to-plan reports and drive root cause analysis of changes or deviations in planning
Lead a monthly Executive Review meeting to discuss performance and prioritize improvement projects
Work with HR/staffing in ensuring that SBGs differentiated skills augmentation is per their STRAP plan.
Work with finance team in bringing down the AOP variance to the committed goal on OEF & CAPEX components.
Ensure close relationships between all stakeholders functions involved in the process ensuring the process delivers agreed upon long term plans with gaps, workable volume forecasts, scenarios are completed and issues properly escalated.
