Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

1 To partner with E Learning team for Roll out of E Learning Module for the Division and also ensure Evaluation of training's 3 / 6 Months after the Training's
2 To understand the Divisional Needs and design training interventions accordingly
3 To Plan and Conduct BTP's within 45 days of TM's Joining
4 To Partner with Division Head and Head Training to understand the needs of the Divisions and design the Development Initiatives to enhance the Performance of the Division and the Organization.
5 To Plan and Conduct Refresher Programs for all who have completed 1 Year in the Organization
6 To Partner with E Learning Team so that there is 100% Compliance to E Learning
7 To regularly evaluate training on the basis of Kirkpatrick Model
