Job Description

Job profile :

Responsible for Business Development of hard & soft Facilities Management services within commercial buildings, residential complexes, Industrial buildings, Hospital premises and other areas of interests.
Analyzing client expectation
Business prospecting and bidding
Conduct client presentation and negotiations
Preparing P & L & Internal Transmittal
Preparing Account Transition Plan & Implementing the same
Deploy, direct & monitor manpower at client premise, understanding and responding to their needs in terms of agreed Service level Agreements/Key Performance Indicators and providing exceptional Facilities Management services.
Streamlining & Monitoring Operations
Developing & Customizing Reports
Maintaining strong relationships with key contacts in existing and new accounts
Identifying market trends, gaps and niche
Conducting Day/Night and Benchmark Audits to maintain sustained operational deliveries
Ensure that the statutory compliance and "Quality, Health, Safety & Environment" standards as per the highest standards are maintained at all times
Constant operational review with the client
Keep track of all market trends , competitor analysis within the Facilities Management industry and update the management of the same
Design an optimum structure of the Facilities Management division that can be scaled as per firm secure commercial contracts in line with growth of the division.
Formulate the short and medium-range operations & strategic objectives and plans for the Facility Management division.
