Job Description

Hiring for Facilities Manager (Facilities Management) -- Leading Real Estate/Developers.

Would be responsible for facilities management including building facilities, House Keeping, Liaison with Local Authorities, Vendor Management, Inventory Control, Purchasing, Health, Environment and Safety, Complaint Management, Transition Management, Customer Engagement etc.

To deliver high quality, prompt and courteous Facilities Management services in support of customers' needs in a safe working environment.

To liaise with the customer's representative regarding all matters outside of agreed delegated levels of authority.

provide training and guidance to outsourced employed staff in accordance with FM guidelines.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Management of staffs and suppliers for the site
2. Successful completion of scheduled activities. Prompt and courteous response to customer requests.
3. Monthly measurement of achievement of Key Performance Indicators
4. Management of budget, equipment and materials on behalf of customer.

Work Location : Pune

CTC : 10 Lkhs to 13 Lkhs
Candidate should be BE/B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical)

The candidate should possess very good communication skills, and technical knowledge. Preferably a mechanical or Electrical engineer..
We want a candidate with the Real Estate sector exposure.
