To work as Executive Chef - Oriental ( Chinese Cuisine) with this prominent player in the Restaurants and F & B space. This position is based at a high end internationally branded restaurant operated by the Company in New Delhi. As Executive Chef, you will be responsible for all operations of the Kitchen. You will need to ensure adherence to brand standards in all areas and maintain a high score in the evaluation of each and every Kitchen under your supervision. You will lead , train and motivate a Team of Professionals in providing the highest standards of service to Guests and strive to consistently achieve a high rating from all Customers in terms of formal and informal feedback received from them. You will be responsible for defining and implementing budgets and will monitor performance of each Kitchen against the approved financial framework of the year.
You are a graduate in Hotel Management from a reputed institute. You have started your career in the Oriental / Chinese Kitchens of a large reputed hotel or group of hotels or with a well known chain of restaurants. You have grown over the years to positions of responsibility and are currently overseeing multiple outlets in your role as Master Chef or Executive Chef or as a Sous Chef in a chain of restaurants. You have a minimum of 10 years of substantial experience. You are well versed with all aspects of running a high end Kitchen to the exacting standards of the Brand. You can lead a Team and train and motivate them to perform. You are either a resident of New Delhi / NCR or have no difficulty with relocating to take up this assignment
