To work as Executive Chef at this large leading world class multi specialty hospital being set up in South Mumbai by one of India's leading business houses. As Executive Chef at this hospital you will be responsible for ensuring the highest international standards in all Food Production and related processes. You will be in charge of all the Kitchens of the Hospital and will provide services to Patients, Visitors, Doctors and Employees of the Hospital. You will lead a Team of qualified and experienced professionals and instill in them a pride in achieving cutting edge standards and enviable consistency in all production and delivery processes. You will be meticulous, exacting and demanding when it comes to the high standards of performance that you expect from your Team and indeed would like to be known for.
You are a graduate in Hotel Management from a reputed institute in India or Abroad. You have started your career in the Kitchens of a large reputed hotel or with a large international Flight Kitchen and are fully conversant with all Food Production best practices and processes including compliance with HACCP norms. You have moved into the Hospital space and have extensive experience in providing the highest quality of Food Production as per prescribed needs and requirements to a variety of Patients being cared for at the Hospital . You are also experienced in providing nutritious and healthy food to Doctors, Visitors and all Employees of the Hospital. International work experience with a large reputed hospital will be extremely desirable.
