Roles & Responsibilities:

1. First touch point to CMD's office; anticipating needs, dealing with the unexpected, acting as liaison between executive and staff or outside world;

2. Independently handle CMD's office and make decisions on various business activities

3. Able to multi-task and prioritize

4. Able to work independently with minimum instructions

5. Program management of many projects simultaneously, enabling for strategic business management, operations planning etc., 

6. Compliment CMD in researching out  / vetting / validating ideas / hypothesis

7. Strategic Business Planning

8. Reviews & Business decisions

9. Mergers & Acquisitions
