Bachelors degree or Masters degree in Computer Science, or equivalent industry experience
A strong grasp of computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, etc.)
5+ of software development experience, including exposure to a full software development life-cycle
2+ years of experience leading a team of software developers
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to support a team in improving engineering excellence through test-oriented development, continuous integration, comprehensive documentation and fail-safe design
Experience in Agile development methodology.
Provide technical and organizational leadership for your team, and mentor new recruits.
Be an evangelist for the company and bring in new talent
Curiosity about emerging technologies and ability to quickly evaluate and adapt to new technologies
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and drive implementation.
