Tech leads are responsible for supervising junior engineers, coordinating production
plans, and researching new procedures and products that they can use in future products. In this
capacity, you will lead, provide vision, and develop a world-class team of engineers.
Desired Candidate Profile
B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization (Preferably from Tier -1 institutes)
4-7 years of overall work experience, at least 3 years hands on experience in coding/development, at least 1 year experience of team management
Architecture, design, development, scalability, uptime of high performance software web
applications and platforms.
Identifying technology trends, implement and execute cutting edge technology to create
such a scalable application/platform.
Lead strategic planning to achieve business goals by identifying and prioritizing development
initiatives and setting timetables for the evaluation, development, and deployment of all
Building, developing and grooming of engineering talent and teams.
Work closely with engineers, product managers and QA to ensure successful launch of
Drive best practices including test development, code reviews and release coordination.
Conduct code reviews and specification conformance testing as defined by the selected
software development methodology.
Using data and building analytic models to improve standards, processes, and policies for
corporate wide infrastructure and service operations.
Come up with innovative solutions to scale the system.
