Job Description


Overall project framing and Project Management Office responsibilities
Project plan development, tracking, and management
Define customer business requirements and prepare gap analysis
Develop and maintain strong relationships with project team members to ensure a long-term, successful partnership with Cornerstone
Design configuration documents and lead portions of the design effort for implementation projects
Support sales in client acquisition from a services perspective
Work directly with customer personnel and the Cornerstone professional services team to define and specify application requirements
Functional and technical analysis
Work directly with partner implementation teams to oversee and support implementations
Track and gain acceptance of related implementation deliverables
Conduct Strategic Implementation Workshops (i.e. Talent Management Best-Practices, Change Management Framework, and Governance Models)
Issue identification, management and mitigation
Budget and revenue tracking
Quality Assurance
Continually keeping in touch with best practice and utilizing this knowledge to develop and maintain the Cornerstone OnDemand point of view
Assist in the development of compliance offerings for use by our regulated industry clientele
Maintain expertise on the CSOD suite of offerings and advising clients on how to utilize the system to effectively maintain compliance
Perform discovery audits for clients and gap analysis as needed
Support sales with consultative advice for prospects
Develop solutions and pricing for consulting engagements
Assist in the development of internal support processes, tools, and systems for the partner community
Build and maintain documents that assist implementation in consulting with their clients
Serve as liaison between Consulting and Product Strategy
Assist in maintaining Quality aspects of the CSOD ecosystem

Required Skills and Experience

B.A/B.S degree in a computer or technology related filed, Life Science, or other technical discipline
Minimum of 5-7 years experience in GxP regulated industry required and a working knowledge of Life Science Validation
Preference of at least 3 years of Talent Management experience (Learning, Performance Management, Compensation, Recruiting and Social Networking)
Functional consulting experience
Experience leading Change Management initiatives is a strong plus
Proven track record of identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex customer business issues
