Job Description

Responsibilities:

Support sales, alliances and account management in the client acquisition process and in incremental sales from a services perspective
Gather business and technical requirements, customize and develop presentations and discussions, to successfully highlight how and why Cornerstone's Services will make our clients successful
Clearly demonstrating the value of Cornerstone Consulting Services to diverse audiences, both in person and virtually;
Author scope of work (SOW) documents
Overall Project framing and Project Management Office responsibilities
Project plan development, tracking, and management
Proactive and reactive issue management
Completion of related implementation deliverables
Define customer business requirements and prepare gap analysis
Functional and technical analysis
Design configuration documents and lead full or in portion the design effort for implementation projects
Work directly with customer personnel and Cornerstone professional services team to define and specify application requirements
Strategic Implementation Workshops (i.e. Talent Management Best-Practices, Change Management Framework, Governance Models).
Issue and budget management support
Quality Assurance
Assist training of clients in the areas of solutions, implementation, customer care, education services, release management
Provide on-going coaching and support for clients
Develop solid relationships with clients
Resolve team conflicts as required
Travel to Client meetings and Company offices, as necessary

Required Skills and Experience

B.A/B.S or equivalent experience or Project Management certification
Strong background in business process or professional services consulting experience and Talent Management, Learning, or Performance solution implementations
Experience in consulting environment as a Functional Lead
Experience leading Change Management of transformation initiatives a strong plus
Ability to deal with and resolve complex customer business issues
Solid understanding of consulting processes, project management and software implementation
Strong business analysis skills, business process redesign skills and business process implementation skills
Strong Customer Service orientation
Excellent client facing skills
Established presentation skills both written and oral
Excellent people management skills
Ability to thrive in a time-sensitive, high energy, demanding entrepreneurial environment,
Prior consulting experience
Experience in Learning & Talent Management industry
Experience in large-scale software application implementation, preferably on-demand human capital management solution experience
We are looking for a professional with a proven ability to deliver under pressure and within deadlines across several parallel projects. Experience in a startup environment is preferred.
