Role & Responsibilities:
Accountable for managing C&B surveys across various industry sectors.
Accountable for managing HR related surveys across various industry sectors.
Analyze market data, best practices & key trends by using various statistical tools.
Communicate with senior HR leaders in the captive industry on a regular basis on the C&B related practice areas & data collection.
Provide expert advice to HR leaders on compensation & benefits related issues.
Provide expert advice to HR leaders on other HR related issues.
The candidate is expected to demonstrate thorough understanding of compensation & benefits policies, definition of merit increases, attrition and other C&B related components.
The candidate is expected to have good knowledge of other HR related practices and trends
