Skills Required: Legal Industry
1. Minimum of 10 years of legal experience with at least 5 years experience in corporate environment with focus on employment laws or labor practice and some exposure to International labour matters.
2. Should personally (not only through 3rd party) possess litigation experience of 5years based on disciplinary actions, drafting labour related documents etc.
3. Outstanding communication and collaboration skills required
1. Law degree in any outside counsel (UK, US, APAC or Europe)
2. Labour Law Practice
3. Understanding of Immigration Regulations of Countries like USA, UK, Europe etc.
