Job Description

Experience & Skills

Minimum of 7-8 years experience of which, 4 years should have been in an OD or related (People Development) field
Experience in conducting Assessment Centres. certification preferred.
Train The Trainer certification preferred to have globalized knowledge on facilitation skills
Certification in some psychometric tools preferred

Position Summary

The purpose of the role is to independently and collaboratively contribute to the areas of People Development, organization Effectiveness and organization Culture. The role requires the ability to implement / execute talent development initiatives to ensure that the business objectives and goals are met through effective people development interventions and driving the organisation culture.

Diagnosis & Analysis:
Working in collaboration and cross functionally with line managers/ stakeholders to conduct Diagnostic meetings with key stakeholders and executing diagnostic tools like focus Group discussions, coaching Observations ,360 feedback, psychometric assessments for obtaining relevant information from stakeholders.

Execution of Development journeys, interventions/ projects
Participating in planning and designing the content framework for development journey interventions/ projects at various levels for all areas of the business
Delivering content on development journeys through facilitation and training based on the training needs creating a favorable learning environment

Handled end to end Employee Engagement Survey

Tracking Measures & Communications
Tracking performance progression based on pre-defined MOS/ action plans & completing certification for people development
Mapping targets with actual performance by sourcing, coordinating and collecting relevant data and ensuring the employees progress in alignment with the certification process for completing the development journey
Publishing dashboards for the BAU development projects by collating data which includes information on certification status of the participant/ employee
Communicating the project plan and updates on various development journeys and interventions to stakeholders and team members in an effective manner with the right information

Assessment Centres & Development Centers
Supporting and managing deployment of Assessment Centres run by the team
Participating in the development of Assessment Centre tools

Support in driving Organization Culture & Gender Diversity initiatives :
Deploying interventions and plans as agreed, into various employee touch points
Participating in evaluating and communication of feedback regarding effectiveness
